FREE MARKETING TASK PROMOTION TERMS

Pickled Agency periodically offers qualifying businesses a complimentary marketing task valued at up to one hour of professional services. This offer is part of a promotional initiative, and participation is subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be a U.S.-based business or organization.
  • Complete the application form with accurate and complete information.
  • Be selected by Pickled Agency based on internal criteria, including industry alignment and project feasibility.

2. Scope of Work

  • The offer includes one task selected from a pre-approved list of services, such as social media post design, email copywriting, an SEO audit, a landing-page critique, or branding-refresh suggestions.
  • The task must be capable of completion within one hour of active agency time.

3. Limitations

  • The offer has no cash value.
  • The offer is non-transferable.
  • Only one submission is permitted per company.
  • The offer is not valid for current clients.

4. Selection Criteria

  • Not all applicants will be selected.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our sole discretion.

5. Additional Services

If additional time or services are requested, our standard agency rates may apply.

6. Promotion Availability

This promotion is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

By submitting an application, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that Pickled Agency is under no obligation to fulfill every request.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the latest revision date will be indicated at the top of the page. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Austin, Texas, for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
