The challenge
Dewey Lawns had earned a strong local reputation, but its digital presence was holding it back.
Our audit found a website performance score of 34%, crawl and indexing problems, missing metadata, broken links, and inconsistent business information across the web. Only 3 of 28 tracked directory listings were accurate, while rankings for valuable searches like “lawn service Austin” remained inconsistent.
Google was already an important source of traffic. The opportunity was to rebuild that foundation while preparing Dewey Lawns for a search journey increasingly shaped by AI answers, customer reviews, and community recommendations.

What we built
We designed and launched a faster, conversion-focused website built around how Austin homeowners find and book lawn care.
The work included a clearer service structure, mobile-friendly booking, stronger calls to action, Austin-focused search content, technical SEO repairs, structured FAQs, and improved analytics.
We also addressed site speed, crawlability, metadata, title tags, internal links, the XML sitemap, robots.txt, Google Business Profile content, and directory consistency.
It was more than a redesign. We built a connected search and conversion system for discovery across Google, AI platforms, local listings, and online communities.
